It smells sulphurate - Arround the volcano, there's a large black ash desert that people can cross to climb over the mount -April 2009 ***[FR]*** Le mont Aso est au centre de l'une des plus grandes caldera du monde. Au sommet, le mont Nakadake est un volcan toujours actif. Autour du cratère on peut traverser un large désert de cendre noire.
