Emi no Mori - Harajuku and Yoyogi forest

JAPAN, TOKYO, April 2013 - Emi Wakita, a young woman wearing Kimono, Shironuri make up, and pink wigs, walk in the forest of Meiji Jingu and Yoyogi Park in the center of Tokyo. The contrast of the deep nature of this forest ajoined to the area of Harajuku well known for the teenager's fashion activity as the Lolitas, is represented by a contrast of colors between the deep blue green and the Pink. Discovering the envoironnement, Emi makes the relation beetwen that two elements : the nature of the forest and the kitch of Harajuku.
